About SCDL

SCDL was born in 1994 as a "Correspondence Section" of Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies (SIMS) for Defence Personnel and their dependents. In the year 2001, SCDL was established as a separate institute offering courses through the medium of distance education, providing an opportunity to thousands of students to enhance their careers and lives. SCDL diplomas are widely recognized and accepted by the industry and in fact, SCDL has become the 'preferred education provider' for several top companies nationwide such as IBM, Cognizant, Wipro Spectramind, Sahara Group, Reliance Infostreams, CSC India, etc.
