XLRI Jamshedpur has evolved a consolidated 14 month certificate programme in Human Resource Management for working and experienced professionals. The programme being known as "Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management" (PGCHRM).

The program aims to provide an opportunity to study and earn a Post Graduate Certificate in (PGCHRM) while working without interrupting their career. The program is being offered by XLRI in technical collaboration with RWW to working and experienced professionals spread across over 9 cities of India, namely Bangalore, Chennai, Cochin, Jamshedpur, Delhi, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai and Pune.
