Eligibility Group A Officers of Centre & State Government Age not more than 50 years - 53 years in case of SC & ST Put in at least seven years of Group A Service Should not have undergone for 12 week or more training during five years in India and 2 week training in preceding 2 years abroad Fee To be met by the respective cadre controlling authorities International Component to be met by DoPT
