MBA (Full-Time)

Dubai is increasingly being recognized as the hub for large multinational corporations and a global tourist destination offering diverse opportunities in various industry sectors. Recognizing this, Institute of Management Technology, Dubai has started with Two-Year Full-Time MBA Programme. IMT Dubai campus is established on the initiative of the Institute of Management Technology, India based in Ghaziabad, U.P., India.

Program Objectives

  • Demonstrate an understanding of the fundamental concepts of business and be able to apply these concepts and their interrelationships within an organization.

  • Demonstrate an understanding of the global, environmental, political, legal and regulatory environments in which businesses operate.

  • Demonstrate the ability to interrelate and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Demonstrate the ability to apply analytical and critical thinking skills to solve business problems, identify business opportunities and make decisions.

  • Develop the capacity to adapt and innovate to solve problems and manage effectively in an environment of change.

  • Develop the capacity to lead individuals and groups effectively in the pursuit of organizational and social goals.

  • Demonstrate that a basic grasp of content has been learned.

    Programme Structure

    The course is full-time and is carried through a Semester System spread over two years.

    First Year: The first year offers a challenging course curriculum comprising wide variety of subjects to equip the students with the fundamentals of management discipline.

    Internship: During the summer, students take an internship to apply theoretical and practical tools and techniques to solve real-life problems related to business, industry and organization. Every student is required to submit the report of internship project in a prescribed format. The Report is evaluated for its quality, presentation, clarity of concepts, presentation and research content. A viva-voce is conducted after the submission of the Report.

    Second Year: In the second year, students are exposed to advanced courses like strategic management and international business and specializations, and will be offered a wide choice of electives in several areas to choose from.
