The Programme

The programme is designed to develop the basic general management skills of the students. In addition to that the students are offered specialization in the areas of marketing, finance and operations. The students are allowed to choose specialization subjects according to their areas of interest.

The programme aims at transforming functional managers and executives into more versatile managerial talents. Junior and middle level executives who want to pursue a high quality management education will benefit from this highly intensive and structured Fifteen-month Executive Post-Graduate Diploma in Management (12 months on campus and 3 months field-based dissertation).

The programme focuses on developing general management skills to give enterprise wide perspective; inducing system/process driven and data based decision making capabilities; inculcate social and ethical values coupled with professional competence; fostering expertise in marketing, finance and systems, global business strategies etc.; preparing the students as value drivers and encouraging continuous professional and personal growth.

Eligibility

The minimum qualification for the Executive Post Graduate Diploma in Management is Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with at least 50% marks and a minimum five years work experience after graduation at Executive / Managerial level. Company sponsored candidates will be preferred.

Admission Procedure

Admission for the Executive PGDM programme is through Entrance Test followed by Group Discussion and Personal Interview.
