If required by POST, send request for admission form to the Administrative Officer, Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi, Delhi-110007 enclosing a non-refundable bank draft of Rs. 575/- (Rs. 200/- for SC/ST/PH category). Applicants belonging to reserved categories must submit a copy of the relevant certificate along with application forms.

SBI Branches: Delhi - Connaught Circus, Delhi University (North Campus Branch), IIT New Delhi, Lajpat Nagar (Ring Road).

There is option for online registration by logging on to www.fms.edu. Candidates are requested to read the instructions given on the website carefully.

Note:

Admission Forms for MBA (Health Care Administration Part-Time) can only be obtained from the Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhl, Delhi-110007.

(1) Incomplete Forms will not be entertained.
(2) The bank draft must be drawn in favour of "The Registrar, University of Delhi" payable at State Bank of India Service Branch (Code No. 7687).
(3) Completed forms should be sent to the Administrative Officer, Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi, Delhi-110007.
(4) Entrance Test for MBA (PT) will be held at Delhi only.
(5) FMS, University of Delhi will not be responsible for any postal delay.
(6) All matters of dispute will be subject to jurisdiction of Delhi only.
