Post Graduate Program in Hospital Administration
(PGPHA)

Healthcare industry in India has registered tremendous growth in recent years. Any institution, which has to achieve a goal through people using certain resources, which has to deliver services of a specific quality within a time and at minimal cost, needs
administration and management. Hospital Administration is different and more complex than administration of any other business organization.

Majority of the work which the hospital administrators do in administration does not only require expertise of medical knowledge but also needs training in administrative sciences. This will result in proper utilization of the technical manpower and efficient handling of administration. Today, we have over 2.5 lakh health institutions in India - large, medium, and small, where we require trained hospital administrators.

Realizing the need of the hour, IILM Institute for Higher Education and Max Healthcare (a part of the Max Group), India's first truly integrated healthcare system have joined hands to offer a Post Graduate Program in Hospital Administration (PGPHA). It is a highly specialized program designed on the needs of the corporate hospitals and healthcare industry. This two-year full-time PG Program in Hospital Administration will train medical and non-medical graduates to undertake a wider range of administrative and managerial responsibilities within hospital organizations.
