Candidates buying the prospectus in person from SIOM in cash should pay Rs. 1400 and submit the print-out of the filled form in SIOM Admission Department.

Candidates can also send print-out of the filled form directly to SIOM along with the Demand Draft of Rs. 1500/- drawn in favour of "Director, Symbiosis Institute of Operations Management" and payable at Nashik. Such candidates shall receive the prospectus after the receipt of the DD & Form.
