One Year (Weekend) About the Programme This is a specialized certificate program for 12 months (1 year) covering the important and practical aspects of managing people in the current context of organizations with an 8 day intensive on campus training. Classes will be held on Thursdays and Sundays. Eligibility Criteria A three year bachelor degree (or equivalent) in any discipline recognized by the Association of Indian Universities as eligible for post - graduate studies in management with at least two years of work experience.
