Symbiosis National Aptitude (SNAP) Test is the common written test required for the admission processes of Symbiosis Postgraduate Institutes.

Symbiosis National Aptitude Test (SNAP) is applicable for: -

  • Symbiosis Institute of Business Management (SIBM)

  • Symbiosis Institute of Computer Studies & Research (SICSR)

  • Symbiosis Institute of Mass Communication (SIMC)

  • Symbiosis Institute of International Business (SIIB)

  • Symbiosis Centre of Management and Human Resource Development (SCMHRD)

  • Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies (SIMS)

  • Symbiosis Institute of Telecom Management (SITM)

  • Symbiosis Centre for Information Technology (SCIT)

  • Symbiosis Institute of Geo-informatics (SIG)

  • Symbiosis Institute of Operations Management (SIOM)

It is a mandatory written test for admission into any postgraduate programme at Symbiosis. However, it is only the first step. Each Symbiosis institute has its independent selection process. A student aspiring to pursue a postgraduate programme at Symbiosis needs to follow the 3 stages mentioned below: -

Stage-1: Take the SNAP Test.
(Online Registration & Test Fee Payment + Admit Card with Photograph attached + Photo-identity for verification + Appearing for the Test)

  • Register online.

  • Follow the payment instructions given on the SNAP website (www.snaptest.org) & make payment of Rs. 500/- towards the non-refundable test fee.

  • Print your Admit Card from the SNAP website on any date between 28 Nov. & 17 Dec. 2005 midnight (after the close of Registrations). Please note that this Admit card is mandatory & compulsorily required at the Test Centre.

  • Paste your own (candidate taking the SNAP test) photograph on the Admit Card. Kindly ensure that this is a latest passport size photograph.

  • Bring the Admit card with the photograph to the Test Centre, in addition to a photo-identity. An acceptable photo identity is any one of: -
    o Passport
    o Driving license
    o College / Institute identity card
    o Credit card with photograph.
