Customized presentations by learned faculty members with experience in business and industry and interaction with other participants, offer a great opportunity to learn to act as a Change Agent for one's Family Business, with two or more generations working together. It is a Two-Semester Programme:
Classes are held on Week-ends as under: Eligibility
A Graduate Degree or a HSC certificate with sufficiently long hands-down experience in family business
Good communication and interpersonal skills
An intense desire to educate oneself and readiness to work hard
Total commitment by way of regular attendance, active classroom participation and submission of assignments and
projects on time How to Apply Application forms can be acquired from Accounts Office NMIMS, Mumbai on payment of Rs. 950/- (non-refundable) in cash. Selection Process Selection is through interviews by a panel of expert faculty. At the interview, an applicant will be required to submit a letter from the head of his/her family business, sponsoring the applicant and certifying his / her actual involvement in the family business. All selected applicants will have to submit a Letter of Commitment to the Programme (Draft will be supplied) on their firm's letterheads, jointly signed by the applicants and the heads of their Family Businesses. Original education and other certificates will have to be produced at the interview and, if selected, again at the time of paying the fees. Fees Rs. 1,11,000/- including Library Deposit Rs. 1,000/- (Refundable), payable by DD drawn in favour of "SVKM’S NMIMS". Important Dates
