Since its inception in 2002, AICAR has seen five batches of well-trained student managers who are today giving a fine account of themselves in various Corporates, whilst some of the more daring students have gone into business for themselves. "They are flying high" states Walter Saldanha, Chairman, AICAR Business School, in the first edition of its House Journal, 'Aicareer Fountainhead'. Indeed, this accomplishment is endorsed by its alumni, who believe that much of their skills have been homed in the 'Learning-by-doing' laboratory of AICAR. This unique feature is also acclaimed by the Corporate World, such as the two Reliance Groups, ICICI Group, IDBI, L&T, Royal Sundaram, ABN Amro Bank, Barclays Bank, J. Walter Thompson, and many others, who have acknowledged that AICAR students "land on the job running".
