Pearl School of Business (PSB) was set up by the House of Pearl in 2006. The school focuses on nurturing professional managers with a spark to grow into entrepreneurial business leaders.

As a new school in a globalized world, PSB has a strong international focus; it is affiliated to Nottingham Trent University (NTU), United Kingdom and delivers the unique MBA in Management & Entrepreneurship with its strategic partner Babson College, United States. The course is powered by a world class faculty and hands on exposure with international internships, classroom and unique summer projects. All of this is facilitated by a state of the art campus in the Millennium City, Gurgaon with extensive library resources, high speed internet access and integrated campus across courses to facilitate greater interaction.

International Internships: Living upto the PSB promise, PSB MBA and BBA students completed international summer internships in Indonesia, Ukraine, Malaysia last year. These entrepreneurial roles were unique to PSB.

Entrepreneurship Focus: PSB believes entrepreneurial instincts govern the Indian student. PSB nurture this flair and encourage its students to retain it regardless of the jobs they came from and are groomed to take up. This is the spirit that drives leaders to grow organizations, usher changes in businesses and create new business models for the emerging markets. We encourage and prepare you to be a part of this change. The MBA participants have to prepare a corporate entrepreneurship plan as an entrepreneur and conduct an action research as a consultant.
