SJMSOM-IIT Bombay Organising HR Continuum'05

Shailesh J Mehta School of Management is organizing its second event in the Continuum 2005 series on 19th March: The HR Continuum. The theme of this event is "HRM - New Paradigms".

In the present times of continuous change, it is generally seen that the organizations are undertaking a lot of HR interventions. HR continuum focuses on the drivers of these interventions, and the results that are expected out of these initiatives. The sub themes include: "HR Outsourcing", "Managing Global Workforce", "Mergers & Acquisitions - The HR Perspective", "HR in Emerging Sectors", "Talent Management and Retention" and "Learning Organizations".

HR Continuum will try to address these questions through a series of lectures delivered by distinguished speakers. The Continuum will culminate in a Panel Discussion on "HR Heads - CEOs in the making?"

Continuum will be held at IDC Auditorium, IIT Bombay. It is slotted in two sessions, Morning session from 09:30 hours to 13:00 hours followed by lunch and then an afternoon session from 14:00 hours to 18:00 hours.
