Inspiring Concept

Mr. P. Dwarkanath, Former Director - HR, Glaxo SmithKline Consumer Healthcare, Mr. R. J. Masilamani, a veteran professional and Mr. Sumit Chaudhuri, CMD, Third Millennium Business Resource Associates, too were seen sharing their experiences on how Shah Rukh Khan in the Chak De! India had exemplified each move formulated by the character, Kabir, in the game of hockey for specific business strategies.

Mr. Jaideep Sahni, the scriptwriter of the movie Chak De! India had also sent his congratulatory message to the BIMTECH students on taking such an initiative. The audio-clip was played as a part of the function. The coach of the woman's' hockey team, Shri. M. K. Kaushik, whose book 'Golden Boot' had inspired Jaideep Sahni to write the script, too had sent across a video-clip showing his views on the importance of leadership and teamwork in sports and real life.

To celebrate and salute the spirit of leadership and teamwork and to bring to the fore its relevance to business and management, the students of BIMTECH took initiative to add new dimensions to establish view points which brought new learnings to managers, students, teams and leaders.

Students of BIMTECH were quite excited to interact and discuss with the Icons of Industry and the sports world and were inspired by the anecdotes shared by the speakers, which were very effective.
