Sessions on woman development should be a regular feature with interactions and suggestions

Regular monitoring of the proposed changes is required

A small cell of women initiatives should be constructed so as to provide them with a place to express their views

All participants of the event acknowledged that they have at least gained a lot of weightage from the institute authority and received some valuable tips from their two renowned lady faculty members, viz., Prof. Leena Chatterjee and Prof. Annapurna Shaw. They further added that a committee has been formed immediately after the event got over. The members of the committee intend to extend their best efforts to do some work for the IIM-C community through the guidelines the teachers have envisaged.
