Great Lakes is proud to present the first Great Lakes Human Resource Conclave. The event will be held at the Le Meridien Hotel in Chennai on the 2nd of September 2008. Around 300 HR Managers from the middle management are expected to participate in the event.

Keeping in mind the contemporary issues pertaining to cross-continental businesses and geographically diverse work-forces, the main theme of the Conclave is "Managing Human Capital in the Globalized Business Environment".
