Further across the globe, McMaster, Canada will shortly be receiving Ashish Kaushal, Wishy Arora, Varun Didwania and Abhishek Mittal.

The 6-year-old Exchange Program of the institute was started with a view to give international exposure to the students of the business management program. With the crossing of international boundaries and the increasing spread of multinational operations, a worldview is essential for any student of business. A cultural exchange is also facilitated. Students get the opportunity to enroll in courses at world-class universities. They learn about the nuances of cross-cultural professional relationships first hand. The program is a bilateral one with students from partner universities visiting IIM Lucknow at various times during the year. Incoming students from foreign universities also embark on a journey of new experiences during their visit to IIM Lucknow. They are encouraged to dispel myths about India and the corresponding business culture here.
