Leading Business magnet, Pawan K. Ruia interacts with the participants of IIM-Calcutta conducted Business Management Programme for Armed Forces Officer on June 29. The leading business industrialist put forward valuable inputs with industry-specific issues with the support of audio-visual presentation,

which has motivated enough to the participants and this would definitely help them to groom them up with the ongoing trend in the corporate sector. Incidentally, this twenty-four week full-time Program in Business Management for officers of the Armed Forces for the 3rd consecutive batch has been started recently.

This batch consists of '27' officers from Army, Navy and Air Force. 22% participants are women-officers' as compared to the last batch where it was barely 12%.
