Since 2001, IIM L has achieved 100% placements as it has seen the rise in the number of company’s offers which rose to 586 in 2008 from 70 in 1987

In order to provide financial support to the needy and meritorious students, IIM Lucknow continues to offer a large number of Scholarships. During the year 2007-08, 28.8 lakhs rupees worth of need-based scholarships were disbursed among 46 students. Work on a large number of research projects and consultancy assignments was taken up / completed. 29 research & consultancy projects have been completed

75 Management Development Programmes, for 1600 top and senior level management executives, have already been conducted so far, generating a revenue of in excess of Rs. 10.00 crores. 3 Advanced Management Programmes (AMP) for ONGC of 5 weeks duration with Overseas learning component to Europe were held. The 3 AMP programs for RBI executives were held for 2 weeks in India, Singapore and Malaysia.

IIM Lucknow’s International Academic Collaborations with many partner institutions in Europe and North America gained further momentum during the year. We have international partnerships with 22 institutes.

IIM Lucknow alumni numbering more than 3000 now are working at all levels in myriad organizations across the globe.

IIM Lucknow became the first IIM to start an additional campus at Noida in 2005, which is operating for the past four years and is completely dedicated to executive education. The programmes at IIM Lucknow’s Noida campus are Working Managers Programme, International Programme in Management for Executives, e - MDP and General Management Programme for Defence officers.

The automation of student registration processes, admissions, placement, accounting systems has been in place at IIM Lucknow for more than a decade. It is due to the high degree of reliance of IT infrastructure that IIM Lucknow has been able to scale up to three times increase in PGP intake, multi-fold increase in training and launch of several programs with marginal change in support staff strength. Its building is provided with Ethernet based LAN, WiFi network system.

IIM Lucknow launched its Metamorphosis journal in 2002. It had online access to more than 666 journals in 2002 which rose to 13000 in 2008.
