Folks, here's the latest from VISTA 2005, the most rocking B-school fest ever, at IIM Bangalore. Our online game series, Online@9, sponsored by Kanbay, was launched on the 5th of October, and has had over 1200 participants registering in the first 2 days. The game series opened with the flagship event, Fast Forwards, the first ever real-time online Forex Trading Game, supported by FXCM, the world's best FX specialist platform since 2002. The game has been a huge hit, with teams from all over India, as well as from South Korea, UK, USA and Singapore participating to grab their share of the Rs. 50,000 booty waiting for the daily and weekly winners. Coming up next week, we have the Crossword Puzzle Contest, while future brand managers and advertising gurus will match their wits at AdZap, a branding and advertising competition. Collectors of business trivia will find a host of quizzes to challenge and stimulate them and the Business Etiquette Contest gives all those Mr. / Ms. Manners out there a chance to show off their knowledge of international business etiquette. The contests will be running all through this month, till the 25th, and we will be giving away prizes every day as well as every week, totaling a cool Rs. 70,000.
