XIM Bhubaneswar Organizes National Finance Summit

Eminent Speakers Releasing this year's edition of X-Fin Journal During Finomics 2009 at XIM Bhubaneswar

A constellation of esteemed panelists descended on Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar to discuss the latest trends, opportunities and challenges in the world of Finance in a seminar hosted by X-Fin - the Finance association of XIMB. This discussion was a part of Finomics 2009, a National level seminar organized by X-Fin on 24th October, 2009 which brought some distinguished guests in the form of Industry heads from banks, RBI and other stakeholders and acted as a platform for them to share their views in this field for the benefit of the B-School community.

The list of eminent speakers included Mr. Kaza Sudhakar, Regional Director, RBI, Eastern Region, Prof. Pulin Nayak, Delhi School of Economics, Mr. Arun Pingaley, Head of Sungard, India Risk Division, Mr. Naveen Kapoor, General Manager - Distribution Business, Feedback Ventures Limited and Mr. Neil Chakravarti, Head of investor relations and content solutions firm, Corporate Storytellers. The seminar began with the lighting of the lamp, after which the panel released this year's edition of X-Fin Journal. Dr. D. V. Ramana, faculty in Finance at XIMB was a moderator for this discussion.
