Acceptance

The macabre twists and turns of destiny,
An utter powerlessness coupled with vulnerability,
The sharp and gruesome nature of the divine predicament,
Shredding the jollities of life and desiccating them to fragments.
When life becomes so robotic as though restricted by a remote control,
And expression loses gravity, while limbs, their dexterity;
Where words are misconstrued and vision gets blurred,
There comes a thought swirling like a wave along and over the dense thicket,
As my vision scans the circumference of the universe, comforting a bereaved heart -

'Acceptance' of the divine puissance is stronger than the desultory struggle for existence...
