Recruitment Process
Accenture’s recruitment process typically has three to four rounds of assessment
• Written test: To test general aptitude or technical knowledge.
• HR interview: To assess professional experience, communication skills and other personal traits, as well as discuss professional and personal expectations.
• Skills interview: To assess depth of functional skills, technical knowledge and aptitude. In some cases, there may be more than one such interview.
• Final interview: To assess overall fit and provide further clarifications or resolve any queries.
