'Naani Ka Ghar' is a Bangalore based International chain of Kindergarten [crche/ play school/ day care] Centers managed and owned only by nearby elderly residents of a society / area. It is a place where elderly contribute to child care activities with support from our certified / trained staff.

A social innovation envisioned by the founder, Chandresh Maithil [IIM Ahmedabad, PGP 2010-12], the concept of 'Naani Ka Ghar' was elaborated and given final shape based on the insights from an academic research project done with three of his friends [IIMAhmedabad, PGP 2010-12 batch] Amul, Rohit & Hemant under the aegis of Prof. M.S. Sriram and Prof. Ankur Sarin.
