The Executive Post Graduate Diploma in Management at IMI New Delhi provides general management and functional area skills to executives with a variety of sectoral experiences from their previous work experience. The one year EPGDIB (vsat) is a specialized programme incorporating a blend of on campus learning with off campus live interactive sessions conducted through VSAT mode across multiple cities in India. This programme provides a scientific approach to business decision-making in today’s dynamic and competitive international business environment. EPGDIB (vsat) provides an opportunity for middle and senior level executives to refresh and upgrade their managerial skills without interrupting their professional activities and is specially designed to cater to those executives for whom leaving the job and the city is not a feasible option. Classes are held only on week-ends.

Duration: 12 months

Eligibility: Graduate or equivalent degree from any recognized University or Institution with minimum work experience of five years after graduation.

Selection: Candidates will be short-listed on the basis of qualifications, experience etc. Shortlisted candidates may be called for online/ telephonic interviews.

Post Graduate Executive Diploma in Management, IILM Institute for Higher Education

This is a one year programme, comprising of 15 core courses from various functional areas, spread over three trimesters. In addition there is a project in the third term. Each term covers five core courses.

The programme is designed to impart knowledge and skills in key functional areas of management. It is meant for young individuals who are working as middle/junior level executives/ officers in public or private sector organizations, but did not have an opportunity to acquire formal management education.

The Executive Diploma in Management is designed for individuals with professional backgrounds and leadership potential. The programme aims to develop tomorrow’s business leaders who create, manage and lead effective changes across diverse organizations.

International Programme in Management for Executives, IIM Lucknow, Noida campus

The International Programme in Management for Executives is designed for mid/senior level professionals, to prepare them for leadership roles. The programme is designed to develop business education that is grounded in the Indian and international business environment. It will accelerate understanding of business at functional and strategic levels, and prepare students to manage enterprises engaged in global business. The curriculum would focus on a strategic understanding of business, rooted in practical skill development through action learning projects and industry interface. A core component of the programme is an international module at one of our partner institutes located in Europe / East Asia which will provide students the opportunity for an international learning experience to equip them with the knowledge and perspective relevant to current global business issues.

Eligibility
• Executives with Bachelor's Degree in any discipline or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 years full time post-qualification professional experience as on March 31, 2011
• GMAT score obtained from July 01, 2007 to October 30, 2010

The programme focuses on basic concepts of business management in various fields such as Marketing management, Financial management, Operations management, Strategic management, Human resources management and Information systems.

This is a 3 years non-residential evening programme, approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Govt. of India. The classes are held in the evening at IMT’s Noida facility.
