I am PGDCA (IGNOU, 1999) and MBA(Full Time, M.J.P. Rohilkhand Univ, 2005). and my date of birth is 08-jul-1975. I have 10 years experience in IT training and currently working as IT lecturer in an engineering college in NCR. I was always keen towards software development. But due to some family reasons i could not try to get into it.
Now whereever i apply i have got rejected for software development even as fresher. my skill areas are Java and Oracle (SQL and PL/SQL).

Kindly help me and tell me the ways i can enter in software development.
