That is really a good topic. you going for some matmatical way or more for soft approach??

but I was wondering whom you will ask to reply?? It is a sensitive issue so getting data from companies might be a complex task. can you post your approach.

My study is limited to a company only. As you said it is quite a sensitive topic to deal with. It is a curriculam based project and i need to analyse my findings using statistical tools if possible like hypothesis. i also need to present it using bar charts, pie charts, graphs... so i have changed my topic and selected recruitment and retention seperately. the main reason for changing is the time limit. i am here only for a month that is till feb 6th. anyways Raghav i would like to have a look at the project report could u plz forward it to me. plz keep in touch.

hi this seems to be an interesting topic.
You could ask the HR about how many ppl left the co. due to mis match of job expectations/roles. and what is the % of these to the total attrition. Aslo, you could obtain the employee separation due to non-performance. This would prove/disprove the hypothesis that type i and ii errors in recruitment has caused the attrition.

for the questionnaire you need to pt few open ended quetions which can be asked form your client and from your candidates as well.
you need to ask questions which will tell you why candidates are applying in the firm and how they liked the process of recruitment
similarly with the client you need to know are they satisfied wth the candidates you are sending ,whethter the candidaes are staying thr for long duration or are thr for short duraton if they are running fast then whose falt is this is the process was wrong or the comp has done some flaw
