India is in Group B with Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and Bermuda. Safe to say India will make it to the semifinals.

New Zealand will emerge from Group C.

Pakistan will emerge from Group D (if not West Indies, but I pick Pak).

Group A is the tougher call and includes S. Africa and Australia. I pick SA.

Semifinals line up: India, NZ, SA and Pak.

If Pak is eliminated in semis, I give India a good chance against (most likely) NZ.

Can't believe India got thrashed by Bangladesh. They did an excellent job fielding. Indian batsmen were pathetic and seemed to be almost handing the ball to the fielders. I am stil shaing my head in disbelief.

At this rate, India should be ready for another beating by SL. But, let's not get carried away. Maybe there is a silver lining to this dark cloud. :banana

Right now more than India reaching the final I am interested in the Friday clash with Sri lanka. Specially to see if Greg Chappell still experiments with the Indian team , because if his experiment doesn't come off, then he might lose something more than his job!!!
