I have done Diploma in Electronics and telecomm. engineering with 5 Years of experince, I want a MBA degree(not PGDCA or any other excecutive MBA program).

I have done a lot of search and homework and found that only Sikkim Manipal University has this option here's the link for the site dde.smuhmts.edu/courselist.asp

Now my question is
1) whether the MBA by SMU is a masters degree or just an PGDCA Program.
2) Is it valid in rules by UGC, that a university can give masters degree without graduation.(or from where can i confirm it)


Senior members and those doing MBA from SMU. please help.

i think even IGNOU offers that option. check IGNOU website
