I m doing MBA...i m gonna do my project in HR..I ve selected my topic too,but no idea of hw to go ahead...It is "Emp.retention technique"...
Can anybody plz help me in framing the questionnaire ????? And wht all to include under the topic???and hw to go ahead....? Pls it'll b very useful to me.. nd i'll b more grateful to u.....

Recently have been deployed as an administrator of a firm which has near about 30 employees in total. These include both who have been serving for a long time and those who are new entrants. I am eager to know all about the etention rates, and how to graph or calculate them., and to compare to industry standards. Can I expect some help from here?

gauravgoelonline 10-31-2007, 08:06 PM may be i will be of some help.
if you going for a merket survey, then target your sector first.
then choose the number of comppanies you wanna cover under each selected sector.
now you ca start with a questionnaire includind if the company has a retention policy or not, how much is the attrition, is exit interview conducted, what do they offer to a leaving employee, what do they do to retain the employees etc etc.
