can ny 1 tell me that how to prpare for GMAT??????

This forum has several posts and responses that deal with this question. Suggest that you go through some of them.

In the first instance however, familiarise yourself with what an overseas MBA demands, the likely costs involved, work experience required, etc. Get a feel for what is available in terms of school options and take a couple of the free GMAT tests online. This will give you a good idea about what it takes, what your potential weaknesses are, and what is it that you need to do.

This will position you well to ask the right questions and get responses that will be more useful that telling you to refer to this book or these coaching classes.
