I have Completed MBA 1st part and iam doing summer project in one of my friends company in Marketing.He will be issuing me a certificate soon certifying tat i have worked here...so my questions are

Summer certificate is no big deal. It is kinda to "whom ever it may concern " types. However just check with your college if they have any special format ??

if there is none, then you can go for something like this on company letter head



To whomever it may concern

This is to certify that Mr So and So has undergone summer training in ... dept at M/s Company name.

Mr So and so have shown considerable promise in his work and is a good team leader , with considerable promise. ( add al your blah blah)
