iam kamal raj.iam new to this site and ofcourse forum.i have a concern about career in HRM.iam working as receruiter with a consulting firm in hyderabad.is it good to choose P.G.Diploma-HRM [one year course-distance mode] from pondicherry university? would it be helpful for me to grow upto the top rung in corporate ladder of HR?

please reply soon as i need to apply for admission into the course as iam losin out on time.
