One of my senior colleagues is thinking of doing One
year Certificate Course in Planning & Management from
Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta ( through net Hughes) under long distance certificate course. The course is for 15 plus
years experience professional.

Can anyone please help in providing feedback on the
career advancement / market value after doing the
course?
