Hello pcbhatt29!
PGPEX is a very good course for working executives and in demand these days. Many institutes are offering this course like IIM-A, IIM-C, ISB etc etc. GMAT score and more than 5 years of exerience is required for the same. For latest updates you please keep in touch of institutes website. So far a score in GMAT of more than 690 is considered to be a score where one can expect a call.
PGPEX-VLMP at IIMC is for Engineers with background in Manufacturing.
The test consisted of quants,RC,&Engg aptitute test.(consisting of 12th level Maths)

This course is being conducted at IIM cal (aug to dec), IIT K(jan-feb) and IIT-M(feb-march). After this there is Japan Visit and Industry internship.

Is CAT score is mandatory for PGPEX.
actually I have 3yrs 8 months of exp & aspirant to do MBA.
but it is difficult for me to score 96% in CAT & get call from top 20 B School in India.
again it's difficult for me to score 80% in GMAT.

Congrats to you on completion of PGPEX-VLFM.

I have a query if you can answer,,, I have around 6 yrs of work exp and am willing to do Exec MBA. My work location is Chennai. But I can't leave job and go for MBA. Are you aware of any good options for Executive MBA which can be done while working in Chennai. Is it possible to do Executive General Management Program for Technical Professionals from IIM Bombay, while working in Chennai. I am not very clear of the Executive MBA concept. Please guide.
