I have completed my Btech in Electronicas & Telecommunication in june 07,and Currently working as a Project Leader in Telecom field in Operation & Maintenance.
I want to join Top Level Management, Pls tell me in which feild I have to do my specialization in MBA .

Even I'm in the same situation.

I'm a software test professional with 4.5years of IT experience out of which I had worked in financial & brokerage domain for 4years. Now I'm planning to do MBA (distance/part time) and complete it within 2years. Please suggest the 'best' institute for me. I've the following names in my mind -
1. Symbiosis
2. Sikkim Manipal University
3. IMT Ghaziabad
(any other suggestions??)

Also I'm little bit confused about the specialization. As I've an exposure in the field of finance, should I go for MBA/PGDBM in Finance or will MBA in Systems/IT suite better? Pleas help!

try NIIT Imeria also. I think since you have background in Fin, it will be better for you to continue in the same field unless until you want to change your career path and not very happy with Fin.

Other good option will be CFA from AIMR
