I have to select 3 courses for HRM specialization from the 7 courses below:

2. Performance Management
3. Organizational Development
4. Training and Development
5. Industrial Relations
6. Strategic Human Resource Management
7. Compensation Management

Please give some advise on which 3 should I study for my MBA-HRM specialization....thanks

Few of the rest courses can be done as audit if that is possible in your college.

Thanks Anil...I will ask if they can allow 1 or 2 other courses as audit....what would u suggest me a 4th and 5th choice after compensation , recruitment and training....

After these 3 courses follow your interest. Recruiters are really impressed when they see guys or girls taking courses as Audit. They then see genuine interest in acads.
