For RC the best solution is to develop a good reading habit. start with news paper editorials, move on to magazine articles and then to books. Another good idea is to join a coaching class for regular exams in this domain.

you can always refer good RC material of any good coachin insti and read Hindu daily and try to read RC in the Mocks of TIME...they are really good

To improve RC you should read some books with tough english and difficult vocab. It may be a Novel, spiritual book, story book anything but you must develop a habit of reading if you really want to improve.
