Guys Plz Help me Iam Very Confussed

Iam Doing b.com[ Accounting and Finance]
Recently i Gave my 5th sem Exams i Got 80 Percent
I got 90 + In Cost MA & FA

This Year Iam Planning to Do MBA From Mumbai University
But Very Confussed to Choose the Field whether to take HR or Finance

Plz Clerify Some Querrys

1} Iam Good at Finance and I Very Much Interseted in Hr Because I Understand people, Understand Thier Need Sicology interseted in Training Planning Coordinating etc etc

Plz Guide which Field should i Take According to it's Scope and Which could be Easier to Complete finance or HR with out Much Problems.......!!


May of Say HR is Ment for Women , Women are give More Prefernce Isn't True

I think you should evaluate the demand first. What the most companies needed, Finance or HR skill. The main target is gain decent income through your skill, isn't it?

hr is not mean for women ur thought is wrong mens also doing the work of hr if u have the quality of handling hr u can sure take hr i think it is better..........

There are some parameters to choose specialization.
First Parameter is Market Force.
Second Parameter is your likings.

Choose the one which you like the most, the subjects you can enjoy and you are ready to spend not only your 2 yrs. of study but your entire life in that particular field.

I Think Both are Good things to choose for the better future and if You are good in Finance Then You should go for MBA in Finance because This also has a good scope in future.Even I am a MBA Student in Gulzar Group of Institutes and Doing MBA in Finance.
