Hi -
I've been in the field of marketing for several years but received an interesting client request and I'd really appreciate your feedback as to how to manage the task.
This is a gym owner who owns 5 local gyms across the state. It's not a huge market. Before I market for this person, he would like me to take the next several months, and manage all online feedback (i.e. message board postings, forum mentions, are they ever talked about on twitter, etc etc)
And to also do this for their larger compeitor, who has, in total, over 40 gyms in various states... (same thing - track every online mention.)
How would you go about monitoring this most accurately? - I have in mind to set up google alerts, and some form of twitter alert system but from there, I feel over my head. - in terms of sorting each gym by location - sorting which site is giving the most mentions, daily searches,
any advice??
