First of you need to specify your qualifications, if you are graduate or undergraduate. Then, I think your marks also do matter as various colleges have got different criteria like some look for student with overall 80 % aggregate some look for students with around 70 %aggregate. So I would request you to tell us your details, only then can somebody help you.

At this time many colleges is provide this facility. But as my expeience. Every college is provide 100% job assurity not provide 100% job guarantee.

I don't think there is any college that provides degree as well as job opportunity. The b-schools offer the internship program through which the student can benefit greatly, and it provides the exposure of industry experience to the student and prepares them for the corporate world. The reputed institutes provide very good internship opportunities.
