Latest Updates:
At the end of Year 1 the Batch of 2005 Xlers,
would see nearly 30 of their batchmates ( approx. 20
from Business Management and 10 from PMIR course)
packing their bags to return back home and never come back.
This out of a small batch strength of 180 (120 BM + 60 PMIRs).
Every sixth person, incoming XLers better be aware of ground realities and not go by popular perception of the XL's "easy" academic grind.
Although a few have sought to get admitted the next year, their fate as of now remains sealed.
This is the changing face of XL, what with the new academic guidelines being enforced by the Dean's Office and the individual faculty.
The frequency of Ds and Fs seem to have increased
astronomically. The students will not only have to
contend with 4Ds or 2Fs but also the 4.00 minimun grade point requirements.
Strangely, the average grade points being awarded,
is rumored to have come down in the recent years.
Any opinions on this ? ( IIPM-ians excluded)
