Our company has decided to choose a Job Board for a startup organization in Bangalore, India. I would like information from the group on how many HR Recruiters use a Job Board for online recruitment like Monster, Naukri or Jobstreet.

Response from job boards good be quite good if you are able to identify boards as per youtr needs i.e monsterindia is good if you are looking for techies, naukri & jobsahead are good for general positions, this site coolavenues.com is good if you are looking for MBAs .. so you should be very clear about your requirement and overall positioning
