i jus wanted to confirm.. which are the top institutes when in comes to human resource.. ? is XLRI the best bet.. or are they any other.. pls help

in that order...
very much a feedback receieved from a few HR ppl in the industry

Does SCMHRD and SIBM comes under same management ??
