Hi ,

I am an engineering grdaute with some additional qualification of post greaduate diploma in advanced computing from CDAC, working in a Call center of a Reputed telecom organisation for the last one year . initially i had joined as a Customer care executive then i got an internal transfer into technical support /Process management .i ahve almost 1 year of ex. in sales and marketing before joned call center. I m aspiring to do an MBA from a repute school. like everybody i have also set my eyes on IIM .

Plz suggest me that does this ex. will add a real value to my CV if i opt for an MBA.

i m still undecided /confused about that . i have hardly 5 months left for preparation for CAT.

I dont think that you should be unduly worried about the quality of work ex. all guys after their graduiation have too early exposure about companies and majority of them remain trainee for first year. The work ex is more seen from the prespective that the students shall have some expousre to real corporate word. In that sense your exposure is pretty fine. Further there is considerable growth in ITES and since you have understanding of ITES from operational prespective, it will help you after your MBA

Really speaking i m not much more fluent at english speaking and same time i think i m not so rich in vocabulary.

first subscribe The Hindu and read it thoroughly and also try to summarise its Editorials. also start reading english novels and english movies, initially you will face difficulty but remain committed to the schedule and after 2-3 months you will see a significant improvement in your english
