Hi tulikas. i am an engg student in my final yr now aspiring for CAT 2004.My problem is I flunked in my engg course and that too twice as a result i have 2 year gaps..plz let me know if its a big problem.Any other alternatives to this problem.As i don't want to take any work experience and want to get into a good MBA course for 2005-07 session. Thanks.

Hi

Flunking your exam is not a very minor issue and if you are aimaing for IIMs only then it is quite a issue until unless you have very solid reasons for flunking exams.

Hence think about it and secnd is you must have a fair assesment of your capabilities. i dont say u cant crack CAT but you need to put considerable effort while also maintaing your exam score in engg
