GMAT scores are valid for 5 years from the date taken. You can make an application to take the GMAT all round the year. The rest of your question is not very clear.

Hey,

Not every B School has a Fall and Spring intake. Often times both the intakes graduate at the same time thanks to the removal of the internship possibility in one of the intakes. This sometimes makes the selection criteria slightly different. The intake without the internship opportunity e.g. Columbia Univ.'s Spring intake is for a shorter 16 month program and encourages applicants who intend furthering their careers in the same field rather than career changers.

To the best of my understanding each of the intakes has multiple application rounds ranging between 3 to 5 with different date deadlines.
