Hello,
I am doing one year full time management programme at XLRI, Jamshedpur, which is for the experienced executives. This programme has been designed in a compressd manner to complete MBA course in 1 yr. The batch strength is small i.e. of 35 students only & all having industry experiance in range of 4 yrs. to 15 yrs. My self having experiance of more than 9 yrs. in engineering /management field from operation, maintenance, project to consultancy. I would like to know, in changing scenario how does industries take this 1 yr MBA programme. As in the case of ISB, Hyderabad, which also conducts same type of 1 yr MBA, got good response from industry as per as placement is concerned. I, would like to know the probable job prospects of the 1 yr course of XLRI, as campus placement is not provided for this course. Is market values this 1 yrs course ? and is there any realy good job prospects for this course?
