Hi,I'm a B.B.A student aspiring to do an MBA in one of the top B-Schools in India.
However my past academic record is:
83% & 84%(53% in Maths) in 10th and 12th standard and 92%in B.B.A.
Is it enough for getting selected during the selection process? I'm also the college(autonomous institution) topper in B.B.A degree.I've also completed courses in Oracle 9i & MS Office.
Please reply.

i have some doubts about cut-offs for various colleges in b- schools other than iims in top 20.
well i joined cat series and i am consistently getting above 90% percintile
i am just passed out engg. without exp. and avg. acads.
i am confused in which college i should apply. and more important is in which college with given score i hold a good chance in getting call.
my budget for application is quiet low so please guide me.
yours sincerely

hi .... well in case you are living in delhi, then hostels are not available (exceptions may still be there considering the distance etc.), because in DU, Delhi'iets are not given preference for the hostel. and regarding reservations for DU or Delhi students in any course of FMS, be MBA(FT) or MBA (MS) FT, answer is NO. They have All India Exams for both the courses and there is no regional reservation. I hope I have answered ur concern, in case u wish to connect to me at my email id
Best wishes

hi alok
well there are couple of good colleges associated with CAT. In case u wish to apply to other colleges with low budget of urs, then FMS would be an ideal choice since it offer not only the best of management education in India, but at honest price. well you may consider both MBA (MS) FT and MBA (FT) General Management courses at FMS, DU. Please feel free to visit www.fms.edu or www.fms-ms.org
